F.U.L.L. is the abbreviation that stands for First Ukrainian Local Laboratory. Bar-manager of Barvy restaurant is launching a project with his partners in a facility below the restaurant on Mechnikov Str. It will combine both the bar and the laboratory, and will be focused on cocktails as well as Ukrainian bar culture
